What keeps us moving ahead? GOALS!

We keep our eyes on the future by setting goals for ourselves and accomplishing the things that matter to us.  The goals can be short term or long term, private or public, meaningful, serious, or just for fun.

Waking up in the morning and meandering around trying to figure out what to do today will be a thing of the past. Your days will be full of actions with purpose.

  1. Ursula, Good to hear from you. I always find coping skills of interest in solving all sorts of problems. This video helps break down how to access the needed motivation using goals and willpower for tasks that may seem out of reach. I have a closet that is just waiting for the motivation to kick in….I’m thinking, maybe one box a week? Wish me luck, Dinah

      I was so happy to read your response to the “What keeps us moving ahead? GOALS” video. It is actually helping me to start taking on some tasks, a little at a time, rather than being overwhelmed by the magnitude of the entire “project”. For me, time has never been more abundant, and I have always believed that time is one of our most precious gifts.
