It’s actually a bubble, Dinah! A bubble blower was down by the ocean and Alex managed to enhance and capture the view through the bubble!

Alex has found a unique way to colorize photos for more dramatic effect and he won’t share his technique (can’t say I blame him). He really should turn this into a business and share the beauty!
