Yoga is a philosophy that encompasses the physical body as well as the mind. It is a serious study and can help us reach higher levels of concentration and focus.
The goal of yoga is to reach a state of mind that is full of attention and devoid of distraction. It is composed of body postures which are tools to bring about a calmer, more focused and attentive state of mind.
What stands out in this video is that two beings, one human, and the other canine are are able to do the asanas (body postures) together so beautifully. They are very different physically, and in terms of their energy, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. Nevertheless, something quite wonderful happens as they join together in yoga, work and play.
